Rates
The rates listed before are sample rental rates. A security deposit is required for all rentals in addition to the rates below:

Plaza Room Security Deposit is $450.00
-
Tamar Room & Neighborhood Center Security Deposit is $350.00
Private Social Events (6 hour minimum rate)
Rates apply to all prime-time rentals between 5 pm on Fridays and 1 am on Mondays and all holidays. All rentals occurring during these times will be charged at the social rate. Plaza & Tamar rates include set up & break down service and use of commercial kitchen and portable bar for Plaza Room rentals. Rentals at Stonehouse must end by 1am. Stonehouse rentals may require additional staffing fees.
Neighborhood centers are self serve and do not include furniture set up or break down. All prime-time rentals at Neighborhood Centers must end at 9 pm.
All rates are subject to the terms of the rental agreement. All rates are subject to change.

Meetings (3 hour minimum rate)
Tables & chairs are provided. Renters are responsible for all set-up & tear-down and clean-up. All meetings at Stonehouse outside normal business hours require staffing at $30/hour. Arrangements can be made for set-up & tear-down for meetings held at Stonehouse for an additional fee.
